- Controlled access: A merchant employee that needs access to cash is issued a SeguraCash mag-stripe card with a PIN. This card/PIN can be individually programmed to limit the amount of cash that can be dispensed in a single transaction (assuming $20 bills, up to $1,000), the total amount that can be dispensed per transaction, per day, plus a time-delay of one to ten minutes between dispenses.
